Terms & Conditions for Services

Service Packages
When you purchase a session package with me, it is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. I ask that all sessions be used within that timeframe unless we make other arrangements in writing.

Non-Refundable
All purchases are final. Because of the time, preparation, and energetic commitment I bring into this work, packages and individual sessions are non-refundable.

Non-Shareable
Your package is designed specifically for your healing journey. It is non-transferable between clients and cannot be shared or split with others.

Service Flexibility
If your needs shift, I’m happy to offer flexibility. You may transfer any remaining credit to other services I provide (such as breathwork, integration sessions, or other therapeutic offerings). All transfers must be discussed with me directly and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Scheduling & Cancellations
To honor both of our time, I ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

Client Responsibility
By booking with me, you agree to show up for your sessions, engage in the process, and communicate openly about your needs. This work is collaborative, and your participation is essential to your progress.

Scope of Practice
My work is therapeutic, holistic, and supportive, but it is not a substitute for emergency services, crisis care, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please reach out to appropriate medical or mental health professionals.
