With decades of experience as a nurse, psychotherapist, and holistic practitioner, I guide integration sessions that are both clinically grounded and spiritually open. Depending on your needs, integration may include guided dialogue, somatic practices, expressive arts, or breathwork (including remote breathwork sessions). Together, we’ll create a space where meaning is discovered, lessons are embodied, and healing becomes lasting change.
